♀️ HAIRCARE INSTRUCTIONS: BUNDLES, CLOSURES & FRONTALS

Before Installation
Always co-wash your bundles, closures, and frontals with a moisturizing conditioner before installing. This helps remove any factory residue and brings the hair back to life. Let everything air dry completely to preserve the natural texture and shine. Do not install the hair straight out the package — give it a proper refresh first.

Daily Maintenance
Gently brush or comb the hair starting from the ends and working your way up. Use a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush to avoid unnecessary tension, especially on curly or wavy textures. Apply a light, non-greasy serum or a water-based leave-in conditioner to keep the hair moisturized. For curly textures, a curl-enhancing mousse or curl cream will help define and revive your curls beautifully.

Washing and Conditioning
Wash your bundles every 2 to 3 weeks or as needed, using sulfate-free shampoo and a rich moisturizing conditioner. Cleanse the hair in a downward motion to prevent tangling, and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Never use hot water. If the hair starts to feel dry or stiff, add a deep conditioning treatment to restore softness and manageability.

Drying
Let your hair air dry for the best results. Use a microfiber towel to gently remove excess water without causing frizz or damage. If you must use a blow dryer, apply a heat protectant and use the lowest heat setting possible. Going to bed with wet hair is a no-go — mold can develop, especially near the lace.

Styling and Heat
Always apply a heat protectant before styling with hot tools like flat irons, curling wands, or blow dryers. Avoid excessive heat use on closures and frontals, as it can cause shedding or balding. To maintain curls or body waves, consider flexi rods, pin curls, or braid-outs. Wrap or pin curl the hair at night to preserve your style and reduce the need for daily heat.

Closure and Frontal Care
Be extremely gentle when brushing or styling near the lace area. Try not to apply heavy oils or gels to the lace, as buildup can loosen knots and shorten the lifespan of your lace. Clean your lace weekly with alcohol or a lace-specific cleanser to remove glue, makeup, or edge control. When it’s time to remove your install, never tug on the lace. Use lace remover to safely dissolve any adhesive.

Night Routine
Before going to bed, wrap your hair with a silk or satin scarf or sleep in a bonnet to reduce frizz and friction. You can also sleep on a silk pillowcase for extra protection. If you're wearing curly textures, loosely braid or twist the hair before bed to prevent matting or tangling.

Storage
If you’re not wearing your bundles, store them in a silk or satin bag or hang them in a safe space to maintain their texture and shape. Never just toss them in a drawer — treat them like an investment.

Pro Tip:
The better you care for your hair, the longer it will last. With the right maintenance, your bundles can last 6 months to over a year, and your lace pieces will stay looking fresh with minimal shedding and balding.
